Today, demographics tell us that the Baby Boomer generation (born 1946-1964) will swell the ranks of all accomadation as they downsize, travel and reduce the clutter of life when it retires from the work force. We believe there will soon be a demand for simpler and smaller digs, whether it be permanent or temporary. Our intention is to provide simpler and smaller housing and ancillary services to those that wish to trade down from a house to an apartment, small hotel room or even camp. We also believe that one can trade the rat racing city for the quiet of a rural setting. Prices there are cheaper...why not take advantage.
To this end, we anticipate locating reasonbly priced properties off the beaten path and renovating them to our clients' needs.
